The Losberger group, with its extensive experience in the supply of airport terminal facilities and hangars, was contacted to provide a modular, low-cost domestic inter-island terminal on São Nicolau island, which forms part of the Cape Verde Archipelago off the Senegalese coast of West Africa.

They constructed a complete turnkey modular aircraft terminal facility quickly, including baggage handling systems, security screening systems, check-in desks, climatic control, furniture, lighting, and audiovisual. Custom Structures formed an integral part of the team together with ACS and Losberger in delivering the project on time, within budget and therefore surpassing expectations.
